Mr. Artin is a Senior Certified Construction Manager with 37 Years of recognized performance in the development of public and private sector projects.
Mr. Artin is a Senior Certified Construction Manager with recognized performance in the development of public and private sector projects including the Washington Nationals Major League Baseball Stadium, RFK Stadium, the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, and various projects for the District of Columbia Public Schools, among others. His experience includes managing different delivery methods for design and construction services for various projects with timely and fiscally responsible closeouts. He has a proven track record of managing the design review and construction process by proactively monitoring schedule and budget and administering the quality of work. Mr. Artin has a keen understanding of the permit approval process and the nuances of working with municipal agencies. His excellent working relationships with public utility companies, have resulted in unparalleled permit approval and certificate of occupancy records. Mr. Artin has served as Director of Facilities, Design, and Construction, working with Howard University’s four campuses. Additionally, he has participated in a multitude of commercial and public projects as Design Manager, Construction Manager, and Development Manager in the Washington Metropolitan area. His experience in the design and construction industry spans over 35 years, making him an expert in problem solving as well as an energetic team builder and manager.
