We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Lead Superintendent in Frederick, Maryland to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities for data center projects from sitework through commissioning and turnover.
• Maintain and drive overall project schedule; proactively identify and resolve conflicts.
• Oversee all safety protocols and cultivate a culture of zero incidents.
• Coordinate and manage all subcontractors, field engineers, and craft labor.
• Partner with internal design-build teams to troubleshoot constructability issues early.
• Ensure project quality standards, specifications, and client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Interface with the client’s field team, commissioning agents, and QA/QC personnel.
• Produce daily reports, lead site meetings, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
• Mentor junior supers and contribute to developing strong field leadership bench strength.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in field supervision with a general contractor.
• Strong background in mission critical/data center, industrial, tilt-wall, or large commercial projects.
• Experience leading projects $50M–$250M+ preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage fast-track schedules and complex MEP-heavy scopes.
• Strong communicator with a collaborative leadership style

Salary range: $150,000 to $190,000USD/yearly (dependent on years of experience, competency, location)
