Delta T2/T3 Modernization Program
McKissack is providing project management to Delta Air Lines for their terminal expansion at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
Currently, the firm is providing C-level support and project controls services, which involves designing and implementing office policies, preparing payroll, providing historical reference, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances. Delta’s seven-year, $1.9 billion LAX modernization program will allow the airline to relocate from Terminals 5 and 6 to Terminals 2 and 3 to accommodate their rapidly increasing daily departures. Delta has grown from 70 to more than 175 departures daily since 2009. The modernization program will also see the construction of a secure connector to the north side of the Tom Bradley International Terminal.
