Mr. Bozkurt has more than 20 years of experience and focused his career on design and construction of infrastructure projects.
Mr. Bozkurt is a Certified Construction Manager and Professional Engineer. He has worked on various infrastructure projects as a consultant and as a government representative including DC Streetcar mainline activation through the H Street and Benning Road corridor, construction of the DC Streetcar Car Barn and Training Center facility, construction of the H Street streetscape project with streetcar rail, stations, and overhead catenary foundation installations, construction of the Rhode Island Metro Station Pedestrian Bridge, startup of the Frederick Douglas Memorial Bridge design-build construction project, planning of the DC Power Line Undergrounding Program, construction of the I-295/Malcolm X Avenue Interchange Improvements project, geotechnical design and investigation of the I-495 HOT Lane design-build project, geotechnical investigation of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail design-build project and various other projects. Mr. Bozkurt has successfully utilized the latest technologies for project controls, which allowed the team to access any information at any given time during project and program management. His experience includes successful deliveries of infrastructure projects on-time and within budget, effective communication with all stakeholders, scheduling, cost estimating, change management, procurement, safety and security certification of transit project deliverables, startup and commissioning.
