Alina Nazarian Duran is the Associate Vice President of Transportation, Healthcare, Utilities, and Infrastructure. In this role, she spearheads PM/CM delivery for complex capital programs across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia, supporting public- and private-sector clients through all phases of project execution.
Alina drives strategic initiatives and client engagement for major transportation, utilities, and healthcare projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with client goals, schedules, and budgets. Her collaborative leadership style emphasizes proactive coordination, risk mitigation, and clear communication.
With over 15 years of experience, Alina brings deep expertise in project management, preconstruction, team building, risk management, cost estimating, negotiation, and client coordination. She holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
