Debbie Homonai

Debbie is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the organization, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the strategic goals of the company. This role involves working closely with all departments of the organization to ensure seamless coordination and execution of administrative tasks. Prior to joining McKissack & McKissack, Ms. Homonai served as Director of Finance and Administrative Services at InterVISTAS Consulting Inc. In that role she managed the finance functions for their Canadian and U.S. offices and oversaw human resources and payroll across four states. Her role at InterVISTAS involved comprehensive responsibility for finance, marketing, IT, and administrative services. Ms. Homonai is known for her high energy, positive outlook, and innovative approach to problem-solving, along with her knowledge of marketing and information technologies. Ms. Homonai attended the University of Maryland and demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to operational efficiency in each of her roles.
