Paulina Medrano

Paulina Medrano, M.S. is McKissack's Director of Strategic Pursuits, leading strategic pursuit planning, proposal development, and business growth initiatives across the firm's key markets. She works closely with executive and technical leaders to develop winning strategies, compelling client-focused messaging, and high-quality submissions for complex public and private sector opportunities. With expertise in marketing, strategic communications, and business development, Paulina helps strengthen client relationships, enhance organizational performance, and advance McKissack's continued growth and industry leadership. She holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the Johns Hopkins University and two bachelor's degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park.
