Rod Hamilton

Rod Hamilton is a seasoned leader with more than 40 years of experience guiding complex, community focused education and public sector development programs. As a Program Director, he oversees large scale, bond funded capital projects, working closely with campus leadership, design and construction teams, and public stakeholders to deliver high impact learning environments. Rod brings deep expertise in project planning, real estate strategy, and community engagement, informed by both legal training and decades of hands on leadership in public education facilities. His work has included advancing innovative student housing initiatives, managing multi college capital programs, and supporting projects that deliver strong returns on investment for students and communities. A long time advocate for education and equity, Rod has served in leadership roles on numerous nonprofit and education boards and continues to support initiatives that connect communities, institutions, and the next generation of industry professionals.
