Sonny Sicat
Sonny Sicat serves as McKissack’s Vice President of Program Delivery, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading complex infrastructure, transportation, aviation, utilities, and commercial development programs. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided large-scale capital improvement initiatives, project management system implementations, and multi-billion-dollar construction programs from planning and procurement through construction, commissioning, and activation.
A proven executive and trusted advisor, Sonny is recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and implementing project delivery strategies that drive successful outcomes. He has held leadership roles on transformational programs for Los Angeles World Airports (LAX), San Francisco International Airport, John Wayne Airport, Southern California Edison, and numerous commercial real estate clients.
At McKissack, Sonny leads program delivery initiatives focused on operational excellence, client success, and the execution of complex capital projects.
Sonny is a PMP-certified professional and University of Southern California graduate with a bachelor’s degree in civil/architectural engineering. A recognized industry speaker and community leader, he brings a strong commitment to professional excellence and social impact. Beyond his professional achievements, he founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding educational opportunities for underserved communities through sports-based initiatives in the Philippines.
