McKissack & McKissack Drives Delivery of $8.7B O’Hare Modernization Program

Chicago, IL — McKissack & McKissack played acritical role in the successful execution of the Chicago Department ofAviation’s O’Hare International Airport Modernization Program, a more than 20-year,$8.7 billion transformation of one of the world’s busiest airports.

As part of the Program Management Office (PMO) led by DMJM Aviation Partners, McKissack delivered integrated program management, costcontrol, scheduling, and design coordination across 165 design packages and105 construction projects—all within an active airport environment.
