Chicago, IL — McKissack & McKissack played acritical role in the successful execution of the Chicago Department of Aviation’s O’Hare International Airport Modernization Program, a more than 20-year, $6.8 billion transformation of one of the world’s busiest airports.

As part of the Program Management Office (PMO) led by DMJM Aviation Partners, McKissack delivered integrated program management, cost control, scheduling, and design coordination across 165 design packages and105 construction projects—all within an active airport environment.
