McKissack & McKissack Named African American Business of the Year
Each year, individuals and companies are awarded for their commitment to advocating on behalf of small businesses.
GLAAACC promotes the economic growth and development of African American businesses by developing opportunities, alliances and legislative advocacy. At its 19th Annual Economic Awards dinner on March 22, the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce (GLAAACC) presented McKissack & McKissack with its African American Business of Year Award.The chamber’s annual Economic Awards Dinner was created to acknowledge those who work towards the advancement of African American business enterprises.
