ComEd Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) Readiness Program
McKissack collaborated with ComEd management to develop a long-range plan for EVSE infrastructure implementation and phasing at various sites throughout the ComEd system.
McKissack monitored and oversaw the construction and development of 28 charging stations for the ComEd fleet. The team coordinated infrastructure audits, site assessments, contractor engagement, permitting, budgeting, reporting, and leadership presentations to advance phased EVSE implementation. Through proactive program management and quality oversight, McKissack helped deliver charging infrastructure aligned with ComEd’s operational needs, vehicle rollout, and long-term sustainability goals.
