Cook Co Health-Provident Hospital

Under a Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) Agreement, McKissack & McKissack, in collaboration with Berglund Construction and Brown & Momen, has been contracted to provide preconstruction and construction management services for capital improvement projects under a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) at Provident Hospital. The capital improvements include investing in imaging, dialysis, and other modernization efforts such as renovations of the existing patient access station, creating a new centralized registration area, new waiting areas, and individual registration kiosks. McKissack will problem-solve and lead the project stakeholders during the pre-construction period, through the construction process, and during the subsequent activation and regulatory inspections period.
