McKissack provided a full suite of construction management services as a member of the Design Build team from preconstruction through project closeout for the McCormick Place Marriott Marquis. Specific services include: preconstruction design development assistance, construction project management, budgeting, subcontract management, project finance management, change management, on-site supervision, quality control and quality assurance monitoring, scheduling, compliance and financial requirement reporting, and community engagement activities.
