DC Public Library Capital Construction Program

McKissack provided construction and project management services to the District of Columbia Public Library (DCPL) under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for its Capital Construction Program. DCPL invested more than $1 billion to build and renovate libraries across Washington, DC, delivering modern, state-of-the-art facilities and services to neighborhoods citywide. DCPL engaged renowned architects from around the world to design these facilities, while McKissack supported successful project delivery through construction management, project management, and facility assessments for libraries slated for renovation.
