Petworth Library
McKissack managed the transformation of the Petworth Library’s interior and exterior restoration.
McKissack provided construction management services for the comprehensive exterior and interior restoration of Petworth Library, supporting upgrades that enhanced the facility’s historic character, accessibility, and public spaces. The scope included window and door restoration, masonry repairs, roof improvements, lighting, ADA accessibility enhancements, a new central cupola, landscape upgrades, and a new outdoor area. To maintain continuous library services for the community, an interim library was constructed and remained open throughout the renovation.
