McKissack was initially retained to oversee the construction of the 314-seat Scout Lounge behind home plate, but went on to provide construction management and document control services for the Illinois Stadium Authority. Services included construction inspection, procurement, preparation of the bid manual, the invitation to bid documents, pre-bid conferences, a bidder’s site visit, bid analysis and evaluation. Projects included 35th Street development, a Chicago White Sox hydrotherapy facility, architectural translucent wall panel repair, exterior facade repairs, chiller replacement, ramp electric replacement, air handling unit field upgrades, waste and vent piping replacement and waterproofing repairs.
