Developed as a campus-style environment, the institution was designed to support safe and efficient operations while providing spaces for education, vocational training, work programs, and essential support services. The inclusion of the UNICOR facility helps create opportunities for workforce development and skill-building, supporting long-term personal growth and preparedness for successful reentry.
