McKissack is providing a wide range of project and program management services for ComEd Facilities infrastructure projects in developing an annual facilities capital development, and improvement plan. ComEd service territory sites include Regional headquarters and reporting centers. McKissack’s strategies provide a layer of management above typical project oversight, which helps to provide an environment where projects can be run successfully.
