Virgin Islands Project Management Consultation

Following the devastation to school sites caused by hurricanes Irma and Maria, The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Education (VIDE), initiated a capital improvement plan for the renovation and replacement of 23 schools across the territory in the St. Thomas/St. John, and St. Croix school districts over the next ten years. The goal of the Initiative is “to create learning spaces worthy of our students’ talents as they prepare for an ever-changing global marketplace. McKissack is providing on-call, Program/ Project Management and Staff Augmentation Services for the VIDE New Schools and Modernization Initiatives. McKissack’s scope of services for this monumental program includes comprehensive program management and construction management (PMCM) services, support services for PMIS implementation, CTE, and Percent for Art programs, for the modernization, expansion, and new construction of the following K-12 schools and administrative facilities.
