McKissack is a member of the Procedeo Group JV Team providing program management services for 26 schools for the Fort Worth Independent School District (FWISD) - 2021 Capital Improvement Bond Program.
For FWISD the program value is $1.2 Billion for the construction, renovation, acquisition, and equipment of school buildings in the District. This includes upgrades to middle schools as well as the construction of a new elementary school. Currently McKissack is responsible for utilizing technology to enhance HUB processes and procedures; maintain documentation electronically; support and actively engage with Capital Improvement Program (CIP)-focused activities; communicate via reporting, correspondence, and dialog with key staff members; confer with HUB vendors to resolve issues/complaints and promote cooperation and interest; assist with progress towards stated District goals and objectives regarding HUB participation; provide essential administrative functions which includes filing HUB and procurement related information timely, and maintaining appropriate documentation; provides HUB outreach by attending workshops, functions, and other activities to promote HUB utilization; adhere to Federal, State, and local regulations regarding HUB participation and purchasing processes and procedures; keep abreast of technical, legislative, and professional trends and developments affecting HUB programs and disseminate information to appropriate personnel; maintain and adheres to ethical business practices; performs all other tasks and duties as assigned.
