McKissack is providing project controls, project management and contract administration services under an indefinite delivery task order contract.
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) manages and operates Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (Reagan National) and the Washington Dulles International Airport (Dulles), which both serve more than 40 million passengers a year. The 2015 – 2024 Capital Construction Program authorizes design and construction projects at Reagan National and Dulles to cost an estimated $1.6 billion. The major work focuses on terminal/concourse development, along with airfield, parking, utilities, and rehabilitation of existing infrastructure. Projects include: the design and construction of a new North Concourse; redevelopment of Terminal B/C to secure National Hall as a post-security area; expansion or replacement of terminals; runway expansions and aero train system improvements.
