McKissack delivered comprehensive project management and support services to United Airlines at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), overseeing initiatives such as the Gate of the Future, which included feasibility studies and power requirement analyses, the Lobby Evolution project involving major design coordination and improvements to ticketing and baggage systems, and the relocation of Global Services Reception with significant design, construction, and MEP upgrades. Additionally, McKissack supported other capital improvements and provided internal business case development, as well as finance and cross-unit support for United Airlines.
