DC Water Engineering Program Management Consultant 2E

Services to DC Water involve long-range planning and implementation of the Water Facilities Plan and continuous evaluation and monitoring of the water distribution system. McKissack compiles and conducts drawing reviews, performs hydraulic analysis, conducts water quality analysis and develops informational reports. McKissack performs scheduled inspections on specific DC Water reservoirs to assess cracks and joint performance, conducts scheduled site assessments on water tanks and develops reports to capture findings and make recommendations on future improvements. McKissack also conducts reviews of private project plans for the water utility's permit operations department. Permit reviews have included the analysis of the construction for the CSX Railroad Virginia Avenue Tunnel project.
