McKissack serves as the Owner’s Representative, overseeing project management, construction management, and ensuring the project’s scope, budget, and schedule meet the Owner Project Requirements. Their responsibilities include developing and maintaining accurate project schedules, managing and coordinating subcontractors, and guaranteeing compliance with GHA directives and regulatory requirements such as MBE/WBE, Section 3, and EEO. Additionally, McKissack prepares necessary documentation, implements comprehensive risk management and safety protocols, and fosters a safe work environment for all workers and the surrounding community. Additionally, McKissack collaborates closely with the GHA and project stakeholders, participates in project coordination meetings, and maximizes hiring opportunities for community members, aligning with the GHA’s objectives of community engagement and economic empowerment.
