Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis Newtowne 20

McKissack is serving as the site, civil, and infrastructure designer to redevelop the Newtowne 20 site. The project is developing 86 multifamily units with associated parking and amenities. McKissack's site plan drawings were part of a submission package to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Services included revisions to site layout, site grading, earthwork analysis, utility layout, material specifications and stormwater management/biomechanical methane potential (BMP) analysis. Future services will include preparing full construction documents, procurement of the permitting process and construction administration services.
