The Bridge Residential
MRP Realty developed a 100% Affordable Housing complex in South Washington DC on MLK Avenue. McKissack provided Interior architecture and interior design services for the preferred development option, a phased mixed-use development comprising residential, office, and retail components totaling approximately 154,722 gross square feet for Phase 1.
The concept included the architectural interior design and FF&E package for the first-floor lobby; amenities; public corridors; elevators and elevator lobbies; the leasing management office; a review and recommendations for lighting fixture specifications; and the typical finish palette for the residential units for Phase One (1). The interior scope of work for Phase One was approximately 28,910 square feet across five floors of the new development.
