McKissack provided project and construction management services to MacFarlane Partners for four low-rise residential buildings in Marin County, California. Tam Ridge is a LEED Silver certified project. Shops, restaurants, and a movie theater are within walking distance, with quick access to commuter bus and ferry services. Ten percent of the 180 apartments are designated to be affordable housing for low- and moderate-income residents.
