McKissack provided Interior architecture and interior design services for the preferred development option on East Capitol Street, a two-phase mixed-use development.
Included in this concept is the architectural interior design and FF&E package of the first floor lobby, amenities, public corridors, elevators and elevator lobbies, management office, lighting fixture specification, and typical finish palette for the residential units for Phase One (1) and the applicable duplicate design, FF&E package and finish pallet for similar areas in Phase Two (2). The Phase One area is approximately 35,189 square feet across four floors of the new development. The Phase Two area is approximately 35,189 square feet across four floors of the subsequent development.
