Exelon Headquarters at Harbor Point

A major component of the space includes 82,000 SF of trading floor on Levels 8 and 9. Additional functions include: executive rooms and board rooms, information technology, finance, risk, legal, human resources, government affairs, supply chain, corporate development, renewable energy development, Business Services Company operations, communication, real estate/facilities, Constellation Energy Nuclear Group, and infrastructure. McKissack provided furniture services for all of these areas, including private office furniture as well as support and collaborative space furniture. The firm also prepared furniture RFPs, reviewed schematic floor plans, developed specific furniture layouts, and prepared complete furniture plans and specifications for both open and closed offices, collaborative spaces, support spaces, and trading floor areas. The U.S. Green Building Council Maryland Chapter honored the Exelon Baltimore Headquarters building with the Large Commercial Project award at the 2016 Wintergreen Awards. The award recognizes projects that exemplify a commitment to sustainability.
