McKissack played a pivotal role in transforming Peoples Gas’ Chicago-area facilities, delivering a comprehensive modernization program that enhanced both employee working environments and customer service delivery.
McKissack led the planning, design, and delivery of a multi-year facilities modernization program for Peoples Gas, enhancing employee workplaces and improving customer service operations. The $270 million design-build program included a master development plan and more than 500,000 SF across five new state-of-the-art facilities and two renovated facilities. McKissack also provided development assistance, facility programming, and standardized office criteria to support long-term operational efficiency.
